First and Foremost ... The Music I've Been Making.
I really hate to sound so self-aggrandizing ... but hey, I haven't
got any record companies plugging me yet, so I AM my promotions department!
First up; I offer up a sample of one of John and my
songs. This is merely a snippet of the DEMO of Ask
For More. This one takes a while to load, you need QuickTime or
an equivalent .au file translator ... and it's loaded in real low-fi!
But if you're real curious, here 'tis. Oh, and by the way ... they're
not all this ... happy.
If you'd like to know a little bit about the noise that
my band, "Shindig!" makes, here is a review from
an issue of "The Island Ear", a local Long Island music/entertainment
publication. Beware, though, its also a biggie (its saved as a JPG)!
But the real question is ... what is ?
And finally, upon request, here are some of my
original lyrics.
And now, the sheer terror of ...
THE COLLECTION!!
This is my tape collector
page. It includes a link to a somewhat up-to-date list of
tapes for trade only . There's always more coming ... so it just
keeps growing.
Music Appreciation Stuff!
OK, so let's just call this page ...
"Random Fandom" I've had a great time meeting some fun folks over
the years, and here are some of the stories and photos that are the results
of these "happy (well-planned!) accidents". By the way, this page connects,
pretty directly, with my "musical bio page".
So ... how about catching up with THE
FARMDOGS! It's Bernie Taupin's latest musical adventure, and it's
great stuff!
And this is a link to some more stuff about my favorite
canines ... The Farmdogs! This time, it's my write-up of a live show from
The Bottom Line. AND YOU CAN EVEN GET
A LOOK AT THE BAND!
Okay ... so I'm a big Elton John fan. Well, in 1988
I had the pleasure of meeting Elton and Bernie
, and here is the story of the crazy events surrounding that exciting
evening.
OK, driver ... take me home.
Or maybe we should stop first at Tony's tape
trading list?
In fact, he sounds like a cool dude, I'd like to know
a bit more about this Tony guy.
Oh, where to go now ... decisions, decisions ...
